Our comprehensive resource list is an all-inclusive, intentionally curated network of free and low-cost services and resources to help mums access the support necessary for healthy parenting.  Each of the resources included is also committed to utilizing the five principles of trauma-informed care.

Together, in partnership with those identified in our resource list, we work to provide resources our mums can trust. These resources are compiled from across the island and greater state of Hawai’i. They can be searched and are constantly updated by our team. This guide was created to provide real-time access to trauma-informed resources across the island.
