Our comprehensive resource list is an all-inclusive, intentionally curated network of free and low-cost services and resources to help mums access the support necessary for healthy parenting. Each of the resources included is also committed to utilizing the five principles of trauma-informed care.
Together, in partnership with those identified in our resource list, we work to provide resources our mums can trust. These resources are compiled from across the island and greater state of Hawai’i. They can be searched and are constantly updated by our team. This guide was created to provide real-time access to trauma-informed resources across the island.

The purpose of the Kahiau Community Assistance Program (KCAP) is to provide one-time emergency financial assistance (up to $1500) to Native Hawaiian beneficiaries facing hardship due to an unexpected crisis. Caring for Baby Planning for Birth: Kaiser Permanente offers detailed developmental markers and expectation for each week and by trimester. With each trimester, Kaiser provides relevant information on accessing maternity care, prenatal vitamins, and other miscellaneous info such as calculating due dates!
